Olympus Theatres

Olympus Theatres

The Olympus theatre is located in Barbados and is situated within the Sheraton Centre Shopping Mall, so after enjoying a day of shopping you can relax and unwind in air conditioned comfort while taking in anyone of six of the latest Hollywood movies.

This cinema is a multiplex with six state of the art cinema screens, each with the name of a different international city. These individual cinemas include the Bridgetown, Cairo, Miami, Havana, London and Hong Kong. Each of these auditoriums has seating capacity for between one hundred and fifty to two hundred patrons. Regular admission to the Olympus Theatre (Expo) is $16.00 Bds. for adults and $9.00 Bds. for children under the age of twelve.

The in house snack bar features the usual movie fare and this contributes to the entire movie experience at the Olympus.

This state of the art Barbadian cinema also features an exclusive VIP option which treats patrons to two state of the art cinema screens, ultra comfortable leather seating for eighty four patrons, and stunning interior décor; all while being served by the very competent Olympus staff. The Olympus VIP ticket costs $21.00 Bds. for all seats but the experience is definitely worth it.

Olympus Theatres also offers 'Six Dollar Tuesdays', where all patrons get to view most of the premium movies at a fraction of the regular price. This works out well especially for the children of Barbados, who use this opportunity to catch the new movies at a very reasonable price.

The Olympus Theatres also has facilities which provide for conferences, seminars, birthday parties and other performances. This cinema is certainly more than just a cinema; it's a true Bajan experience.
