Overlooking Oistin's bay, this restaurant is built on the water's edge, and has a wonderfully spacious deck, from where its patrons can enjoy fresh air and natural beauty. In addition to the dining area, there is a lounge area and both spaces are whimsically and tastefully decorated and furnished.
Designed with an open-concept kitchen, Azul adds yet another element of excitement as this affords the chefs to interact with the patrons at a close and personal level, Consequently, they are able to showcase their culinary skills, contributing to the overall "experience" of the evening; one unlikely to be forgotten.
The menu offered continues in the vein of excellence encountered from the time the patron steps into the space of the restaurant. Appetizers include such items as lobster cake, braised escargots and the ever popular Caesar salad, done "the Azul" way. For entrees, a selection can be made from items such as Chilean sea bass, char-grilled tuna or the avocado risotto, for those persons leaning towards reducing the intake of meat.
Oh… and who can forget dessert?? At Azul Restaurant, the chefs prepare a number of items of which mango brulée and warm chocolate cake are but two named here to whet the appetite.
