Tapas
Located in an enviable spot in Hastings, Christ Church on the south coast of Barbados, there is a relatively new restaurant: Tapas. The famous sea-front Boardwalk passes right behind this waterfront restaurant which charms both with its menu and with the crisp sea breeze which floats through the air.
If you are keen on trying new restaurants and new experiences, you can do exactly as the restaurant's name suggests... and that is, be plied with tapas all night if that is your desire. Alternatively, there is a traditional dinner menu from which you can try anything which might tickle your fancy. Or have a bit of both... Who's stopping you?
To start, the pricing at Tapas is not bad for your meal; however that is left to the judgment of each visitor to the restaurant. Checking out the appetisers on the menu starts the evening's experience and gets the taste buds going before the first dish actually hits the table. Pan Fried Goat's Cheese, anyone?? Or the Rack of Lamb, Thai Fishcakes?? Choices, choices...
The bar is expansive and always swinging, especially at night! It is one of the cool places to hang out in Barbados and savour the ocean view as there is more than enough space for everyone. The staff are on top of things and make every effort to keep their customers happy with flowing food and drinks (try the cocktails!!) all executed with a smile.
