Chakra SpaThe Chakra Spa is part of Barbados' Accra Beach Hotel & Spa and is located at Rockley in Christ Church. Spa services include: massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and hair removal.
The range of 30-60 minute massages covers: Chakra Flowing Ocean (Hawaiian lomilomi massage); Scented Journey (using aromatic essential oils); Mother To Be (for expectant mothers); Therapeutic Massage (using special techniques designed to relieve tension); Temperate Stone Therapy (using heated volcanic basalt stones and chilled marble); Poultice Therapy (using organic herbs, spices and fruits and aromatic essential oils); and Gift from Sweden (30-minute zone-specific massage, or an hour long full-body massage).
Facial treatments, referred to as 'Facial Luxuries', on offer include: Chakra Seasonal Inspiration; Gentleman's Retreat; Citrus Flash Beaute; Youthful Waters Facial; Ageless Lift. In addition, the Chakra Spa offers a range of 'Face enhancers' (including Beautiful Eyes Treatment, Luminosity Enhancer and Flawless Face) as well as 'Luminous Eyes' treatments (eyebrow and eyelash colouring).
Chakra Spa's menu of 'Body Rituals' are designed for exfoliation (Chakra Ceremony, Oriental Rapture, Hanakasumi Cherry Blossom Bliss, Chakra Signature Polish); illumination of the skin (Exhilarating Marine Embrace); slimming (Slimming Mermaid Silhouette); and stress relief (Water Oasis (steam room, sauna or jacuzzi treatments).
Manicures and pedicures include Chakra Spa options, paraffin and classic treatments and the Hanakasumi Foot Ritual (pedicure only). Nail improvement services, including Nail Polish Change, French Tip design, Gel Protection and an Express Manicure are also available.

The Chakra Spa also offers full and partial hair removal and carries the following product lines to facilitate clients' continuing care at home: Sothys (for facials and Body Rituals), O.P.I. (for nail treatments) and Chakra Organics (for massage; made from organic ingredients sourced in Barbados).
Guests of the Accra Beach hotel have the option of booking in-room treatments for an additional $30 charge. The Chakra Spa also accommodates couple bookings (honeymooners, mother/daughter etc) as well as bookings for groups of at least three (3) (Chakra Sparty Specials). Gift certificates are available and repeat clients who have visited the spa at least ten (10) times are entitled to discounts on products and services. Each client is assigned a Spa Ambassador to attend to his/her needs during a visit to the Chakra Spa.
