Set in a laid-back atmosphere, in what might be considered a simple and rustic architectural structure in 1st Street Holetown in Barbados, is a little restaurant which goes by the name of Angry Annie's. Even the external décor excites a level of curiosity to see what is going on inside. It is a place to chill out, relax, have fun and eat well-prepared, good food.

Items on the menu include fish, seafood, pasta and chicken cooked to perfection, combining cuisine styles - from Barbados and the International scene. The kitchen staff at the restaurant has also worked hard to refine its curries and this is one of the popular choices on the menu. Patrons can select from shrimp, chicken and vegetable curries. In addition, diners can select from fish dishes which can be had either pan-fried, grilled or blackened, lobster in either mornay or garlic sauce, lamb shank prepared with mint sauce dressing, ribs and much, much more.

To complement the meal, there is a well-stocked bar where all forms of liquid refreshment can be obtained: - from straight and strong alcohol to local and imported beer to calming non-alcholic drinks for the more tempered patron. Bottles of quality wine are also available on request.

While the restaurant is a public establishment, private functions can be organized on request. Such enquiries should be made ahead of time by calling (246) 432-2119. Regular reservations can be made by using this same contact number.

As a visitor, it is suggested that you not leave Barbados without visiting Angry Annie's and if not already done, all locals should try it at least once. Opening hours 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily.
