The Sparman ClinicThe Sparman Clinic in Barbados is staffed by a full team of healthcare professionals including an Interventional Cardiologist, General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Technicians and other Healthcare personnel.
Dr. Alfred Sparman, Director, is an American Board Certified Physician. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Long Island University, New York USA. He then continued his graduate studies at the New York Medical College and post graduate studies at St. Luke/Roosevelt Hospital. He did cardiology at Jacksonville Medical Centre, Florida USA.
Services OfferedThe Sparman Clinic is the only Walk-in Chest Pain Clinic in Barbados. Within one (1) hour we can detect if a chest pain is heart-related.
A full cardiac evaluation includes a consultation, physical examination and an EKG. Additional testing of a non-invasive or invasive nature can be performed.
We also run a 24hr ambulance service which can pick up and deliver to any facility on the island and is manned by a team of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's).

The Wellness CentreThe Sparman Clinic Wellness Centre was opened in 2009 originally catering to cardiac rehabilitation and successfully progressed to the general public. They offer flexible hours to suit your needs. The time you book at the Wellness Centre with your personal trainer is private. Call for details on their membership.
All of the above include a full body massage, a consultation with their in-house Dietician and our welcome pack, which includes a towel, t-shirt and a heart watch. Their certified trainers, Darius Skeete and Falicia Austin, bring over 14 yrs of diverse experience and knowledge to their ever-growing team of professionals. Falicia not only provides clients with her fitness wisdom, but also actively participates in national fitness competitions.
Their cardiac rehab team also consists of Doctors, a Nurse and a Dietician, who focus on providing the best possible service to you, our clients in an atmosphere of comfort.
The Wellness Centre is opened Monday to Friday from 7:00am – 7:00pm and on Saturdays 7:00am - 12:00pm.
About Dasae PharmacyDasae Pharmacy was opened on July 3rd, 2008 and is located in the Sparman Clinic. They stock a wide range of prescriptions and over there counter drugs to meet the needs for the entire family, not just cardiac conditions.
