The menu at La Salsa Restaurant has been designed with this in mind.
Dining is intended to be a fulfilling experience at Sugar Cane Club Hotel & Spa located on the west coast of Barbados. With this in mind, La Salsa Restaurant has endeavoured to combine local, regional and international flavours to allow guests to be exposed to the real experience of vacationing and dining in the Caribbean. Using combinations of special herbs and sauces, they seek to make the ordinary meal, extraordinary.
