The Supporting Scouting Brand
The “Supporting Scouting” brand of the Barbados Boy Scouts Association was designed and launched by the National Scout Committee of the Barbados Boy Scouts Association to raise funds for Scouting and to place Scouting more in the public domain. It was launched in November 2008 and the logo used to brand a line of merchandise which will be sold to the general public. The sale of the merchandise will generate revenue and the use of the items by the public will place the Scouting logo in the public’s eye.
The brand will be used to create merchandise that will include items such as Key Rings, T-Shirts, Hats, Pens and Bags in an effort to raise funds for any upcoming Jamborees and programmes.
The items are available to the public through the Scout Troops and the eShop on their website.
