Gardens and Nature

Just about everywhere you turn on the breathtakingly beautiful island of Barbados, you are bound to come across a garden of sorts. Whether it's a humble patch of flowers in front of a chattel house or any of the somewhat magical private gardens, the story is pretty much the same. That story being one of tapping into nature no matter the scale on which it is available.

Some of the many Gardens across Barbados include:-

Andromeda Botanical Gardens Orchid World
Flower Forest Turner's Hall Woods
Hunte's Gardens Welchman Hall Gully

Your love for landscaping and plants should lead you directly to the Andromeda Botanical Gardens. This luscious garden is home to various plants such as palms, orchids, hibiscus, heliconias, ferns, bougainvillea, shrubs and strategically placed ponds.

Hunte's Gardens is located in the luxuriant hills in the parish of St. Joseph. It's been said that a walk in this garden is bound to reconnect you in one way or another as the ambience augurs well for spiritual growth and development.
